Terms of Use
These terms apply to every mobile app published by CHPX CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA ("CHPX", "we") on the App Store and Google Play ("the apps"). By using an app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
Using the apps
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the apps.
- You are responsible for the content you send, and you confirm you have the right to use it, such as the photos you take or upload.
- Do not use the apps to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to send harmful, abusive or illegal content.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the apps or the servers behind them, or try to get around usage limits.
Accounts
Some features work without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the app also links there.
- If a subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically.
- One-time passes give access for the period shown and do not renew.
- Subscriptions and passes may include fair use limits, which are shown in the app before you buy.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
AI results and information
Some features use artificial intelligence and third-party data. Results such as identifications, estimates, values or generated content may be incomplete or wrong, and are provided for information only. They are not professional advice or appraisal. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.
Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you send. You allow us to process it only to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. The apps, their design, code and brand belong to CHPX or its licensors and are protected by law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps available and correct, but we do not guarantee they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or end features, and we may update these terms; when a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the apps are provided "as is", and CHPX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on app results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
